From the diversity context, this study mainly relies on demographic information only and discusses the moderating impact of gender of respondent, gender of supervisor, education level, and employment status as a model to interpret the impact. Further, this study assimilated the role of diversity on employee retention as moderators considering it elements. This study empirically analyzes the leadership styles adopted in the Higher Education Sector of Pakistan and their impact on the retention of employees, incorporating transactional leadership, transformational leadership, and innovative environment as independent variables, and employee retention as the dependent variables. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.Ĭreativity at the workplace is a key factor that enables organizational growth and development, there better leadership skill is crucial for creating an environment for raising a creative workplace. This new research proposed a model for building workers' performance among the employee of a painting industry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness to change as a mediator. This study conclude also that readiness to change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and workers' performance. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the workers' performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness to change. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples. This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on workers' performance of the employee of a painting industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness to change.
